Local growers, bakers and makers under one roof: produce, bread, smoked fish, pottery and prints.
Come hungry and bring a bag. Juneau Makers & Growers Market gathers growers, bakers, fishers and makers from around Southeast Alaska, and most of them are right behind the table to tell you how it was made.
The aisles are wide enough for strollers, there is a kids corner near the entrance, and the coffee is local too. Most vendors take cards, but a little cash makes the small stalls happy.
Go early for the bread and smoked salmon. Stay late for the end-of-day deals.
